11月10日下午，巴西坎博里乌市市长Leonel Arcangelo Pavan率由地方政府官员、机构及企业代表组成的16人代表团到访商会，与商会企业代表就高科技产业合作、国际市场拓展等议题展开交流。商会副会长谭镜池，秘书长杨采熙，理事邹维浩、岑国将、陈伟聪，会员邱俊辉、邓佩、朱杰等企业代表，以及战略合作单位土耳其航空公司，广东省揭阳商会会员企业代表等参加座谈。

On the afternoon of November 10, a 16-member Brazilian delegation, led by Mayor Leonel Arcangelo Pavan of Camboriú and comprising local government officials, institutional representatives, and business leaders, visited the Chamber. They engaged in discussions with representatives from the Chamber's member enterprises on topics such as high-tech industry cooperation and international market expansion. The delegation was welcomed by Chamber representatives including Vice President Tan Jingchi, Secretary-General Yang Caixi, directors Zou Weihao, Cen Guojiang, and Chen Weicong, as well as members Qiu Junhui, Deng Pei, and Zhu Jie. Also in attendance were representatives from strategic partner Turkish Airlines and member enterprises of the Guangdong Jieyang Chamber of Commerce.

在专题分享环节，Continental公司首先介绍了其在巴西市场的业务布局与服务优势。巴西FEPESE机构则详细解读了当地科技产业的支持政策与投资机遇。此外，巴西圣卡塔琳娜州代表分享了该州在智慧城市建设方面的创新解决方案。

During the thematic presentation session, Continental Company introduced its business layout and service advantages in the Brazilian market. The Brazilian FEPESE institution elaborated on local support policies and investment opportunities in the technology sector. Additionally, representatives from the state of Santa Catarina, Brazil, shared innovative solutions implemented in the state's smart city initiatives.

在交流环节中，商会副会长谭镜池及会员企业代表踊跃发言，结合自身行业特点，就技术合作、市场准入及产业链协同等话题与巴方展开务实讨论。双方一致认为，中巴在高新科技领域互补性强，合作空间广阔，未来可进一步深化多领域的协同创新发展。

In the exchange session, Vice President Tan Jingchi and other member representatives actively participated in discussions. They engaged in pragmatic dialogues with the Brazilian side on technology collaboration, market access, and industrial chain coordination, drawing upon their respective industry expertise. Both parties concurred that China and Brazil possess strong complementarities in the high-tech sector, with vast potential for cooperation. They agreed to further deepen collaborative innovation across multiple fields moving forward.
