3月1日下午，四川省委统战部副部长、省工商联党组书记唐强率四川省工商联代表团一行在广州与广东省工商联代表座谈。会议由广东省工商联党组成员、专职副主席陈继山主持。四川省工商联副主席胡景寿，四川省工商联有关部室负责同志，民营企业和商协会代表等20余人参加座谈。我会领导、会员代表：广东省工商联常委、中辰科建（广东）集团有限公司董事长龚武，广东省工商联常委、广东宏伙控股集团有限公司董事长张炜，广东省侨联海外委员、非洲广东总商会副会长兼秘书长霍江涛，我会代秘书长于婷等一行7人参会。

On the afternoon of March 1, Tang Qiang, Vice Minister of United Front Work Department of Sichuan, also Party Secretary of Sichuan Federation of Industry &Commerce, led a delegation of Sichuan Federation of Industry and Commerce to have a meeting in Guangzhou with representatives of GUANGDONG FEDERATION OF INDUSTRY &COMMERCE. Presided over by Chen Jishan, Party member and full-time vice chairman ofGUANGDONG FEDERATION OF INDUSTRY &COMMERCE， this meeting was attended by more than 20 people, including Hu Jingshou, Vice Chairman of Sichuan Federation of Industry &Commerce, responsible comrades from relevant departments and offices of Sichuan Federation of Industry and Commerce, and representatives of private enterprises and business associations.This meeting was also attended by 7 leaders and member representatives of our chamber of commerce, they are Gong Wu, member of the Standing Committee of GUANGDONG FEDERATION OF INDUSTRY &COMMERCE and president of Zhongchen Kejian (Guangdong) Group Co., Ltd., Zhang Wei, member of the Standing Committee of GUANGDONG FEDERATION OF INDUSTRY &COMMERCE and president of Gmerit holdings limited.,Huo Jiangtao, overseas member of Guangdong Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese and vice president and secretary general of Guangdong Chamber of Commerce in Africa, and Yu Ting, acting secretary general of our chamber of commerce(Guangdong International Chamber of Commerce for the Private Sector, abbreviated as GICCPS).

胡景寿副主席首先介绍了此次调研的主要目的是学习帮助民营企业恢复发展和培育领军企业发展壮大的经验和做法，促进交流，增进友谊。

Vice Chairman Hu Jingshou firstly introduced that the main purpose of this survey was to learn the experience and practices on how to have private enterprises recovered and leading enterprises cultivated, so as to promote exchanges and enhance friendship.

陈继山副主席向与会人员介绍了广东省工商联在举办世界粤商大会、助推民营经济高质量发展、纾困暖企等方面的工作经验和做法。他表示，广东和四川两省共同贯彻落实习近平总书记系列讲话精神，推进各领域合作深度发展，合作基础良好，希望进一步深化交流、合作，共同谋划促进粤川两地的经济高质量发展。

Vice Chairman Chen Jishan introduced the experience and practices of GUANGDONG FEDERATION OF INDUSTRY &COMMERCE in hosting the World Guangdong Business Conference, boosting the high-quality development of private economy and Bailout to warm up enterprises.He said that the spirit of General Secretary's series of speeches should be jointly implemented in Guangdong and Sichuan provinces by promoting the in-depth development of cooperation in various fields, with a good foundation. They hope to further deepen exchanges and cooperation and jointly plan to promote the high-quality economic development of Guangdong and Sichuan.

广东省工商联常委、中辰科建（广东）集团有限公司董事长龚武介绍了企业在工程建设、建材加工等主要业务板块“走出去”的情况，希望进一步优化融资渠道和方式，破解企业融资难题，满足民营企业发展的合理需求；完善竞争机制，促进行业良性竞争。

Gong Wu, member of the Standing Committee of GUANGDONG FEDERATION OF INDUSTRY &COMMERCE, also president of Zhongchen Kejian (Guangdong) Group Co., Ltd, introduced the "going out" of his enterprise in major business sectors such as engineering construction and building materials processing. He hoped to solve corporate financing problems by further optimizing financing channels and methods so as to meet the reasonable needs of private enterprise development, with healthy competition promoted from the competition mechanism to be improved in the industry.

我会副会长、广东省工商联常委、广东宏伙控股集团有限公司董事长张炜对公司的主业家电制造和在川的文旅投资情况作了介绍，为了适应投资环境的新变化，公司现已成立“一带一路”小组，希望借助工商联和商会平台，推动企业高质量“走出去”。

Zhang Wei, vice president of our chamber of commerce, member of the Standing Committee of GUANGDONG FEDERATION OF INDUSTRY &COMMERCE and president of Gmerit holdings limited., introduced the company's main business of home appliance manufacturing and cultural tourism investment in Sichuan. A group for "the belt and road initiative", in order to adapt to the new changes in the investment environment, was set up to promote the high-quality "going out" of enterprises on the platform of the Federations of Industry and Commerce and the Chamber of Commerce.

广东省侨联海外委员、非洲广东总商会副会长兼秘书长霍江涛介绍了非洲广东总商会团结和聚集在非粤商，建设产业园，推动侨商投资的基本情况，表示企业家要充分利用好“一带一路”相关优惠政策，在规避风险的基础上，充分发挥金融和人才优势，促进企业海外投资的健康长远发展。

Huo Jiangtao, overseas member of Guangdong Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, vice president and secretary general of Guangdong Chamber of Commerce in Africa, introduced the basic contribution in uniting and gathering Guangdong businessmen in Africa, building industrial parks and promoting overseas Chinese investment. She said that entrepreneurs, making full use of the relevant preferential policies of "the belt and road initiative", should promote the healthy and long-term development of overseas investment of enterprises by playing fully the advantages of finance and talents on the basis of avoiding risks.

我会于婷代秘书长向与会人员介绍了商会的会员结构、国际资源等情况。根据王福亮会长办会精神：一是以国家战略为首要；二是以党建引领会建；三是以服务企业为核心。于婷代秘书长还表示商会积极组织会员参加“一带一路”建设，促进商会和企业与世界经济大融合、大联动、大发展，赋能中小微企业，使其成长，助力大型企业，使其海外发展，实现内外双循环的高质量发展。

Yu Ting, acting secretary general of our chamber of commerce, made a brief introduction of membership structure and international resources of our Chamber of Commerce. According to the spirit of the president of GICCPS , with the national strategy as the first priority, with party building as the leader of association building and with serving enterprises as the core, GICCPS, by actively organizing members to participate in the construction of the "the belt and road initiative", have been expanding the integration, linkage and development of GICCPS and enterprises toward the world economy to empower small and medium-sized enterprises and help large enterprises, finally realizing high-quality development of internal and external double circulation.

与会企业家、商协会代表就优化营商环境，探索建立合作机制，加强沟通交流，共促两地民营经济高质量发展等内容展开了热烈讨论。

All the attending entrepreneurs and representatives of business associations had lively discussions on optimizing the business environment, exploring  cooperation mechanisms, strengthening communication and promoting the high-quality development of private economy in both places.

四川省委统战部副部长、省工商联党组书记唐强作总结讲话。他高度肯定广东民营经济发展取得的成绩，肯定广东省工商联充分发挥参谋和助手作用服务“两个健康”的工作成效，对此分享了三点建议：一是要增强信心，保持定力；二强筋壮骨，坚持主业；三是关注川渝，加强合作。希望两省工商联密切合作，积极发挥桥梁纽带作用，进一步深化川粤两地经贸合作与发展。

Tang Qiang, Vice Minister of United Front Work Department of Sichuan, also Party Secretary of Sichuan Federation of Industry &Commerce, made a concluding speech. He highly affirmed the achievements made in the development of Guangdong's private economy and affirmed the effectiveness of the GUANGDONG FEDERATION OF INDUSTRY &COMMERCE in giving full play to the role of staff and assistants in serving the "Two Health". And he shared three suggestions: First, Enhance Confidence to Maintain Determination, second, Adhere to the Main Business by Strengthening Muscles and Bones, third, Strengthen Cooperation Focusing on Sichuan and Chongqing. It is hoped that the Federations of Industry and Commerce between the two provinces will cooperate closely and actively play the role of bridge and link to further deepen the economic and trade cooperation and development between Sichuan and Guangdong.
